On November 7, I joined a group of 30 to 40 community members of all ages at The Local's weekly Wellness Breakfast – a combination of 30 minutes of low-impact activity (usually yoga, though members have also hula-hooped and belly-danced) followed by a nutritious breakfast prepared and served by a team of dedicated and cheery volunteers.
